Shipping & Refunds Policy

At Nottier, we offer both digital and physical products. Please review the applicable terms below depending on the type of product you have purchased.

1. Digital Products

Includes: digital gift cards, subscriptions, and other virtual services.

Delivery

Digital products and services are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout. You will receive an email from hello@nottier.com containing further instructions on how to fully access or activate your service.

Refunds

If your digital service has not yet been used or activated, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@nottier.com with your order details. Once the digital service has been accessed, activated, or used, we can no longer issue a refund.

2. Physical Products (Perfumes)

Order Confirmation & Shipping

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We ship globally; however, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of perfume products, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been opened, used, or unpacked. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. To request support or report an issue, reach us at hello@nottier.com with your order number and details.

In the case of settlement, goods should be returned to J. Naugardo 13 -2 , Kaunas, LT-44280. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
