Chéngmén

Chéngmén by January Scent Project is an aldehydic oud fragrance inspired by the gates of Beijing. This intricate composition opens with luminous aldehydes, bright bergamot, and lemon, leading into a rich heart featuring Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Thailand ouds. Further complexity is woven through notes of champaca, coleus, green nard, costus, and cypriol. Delicate floral nuances of lily of the valley, mimosa, and orris merge with fruity accents, flouve, and olive. The scent culminates in a warm, inviting base of sandalwood, benzoin, vanilla, musk, and a subtle hint of white pepper, crafting an evocative and layered olfactory experience.
